Your refund rights

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods (or concluded a contract for services).

However, the 14-day cooling off period does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized – such as a tailor-made PC-case.

The consumer must cover the costs of returning the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the condition in which you received it. You may inspect and handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. Where possible, please return the item in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cubeor.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior notice may delay the processing of your return. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@cubeor.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like goods made to order or clearly personalized – such as a tailor-made PC-case.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds will be made using your original payment method. If any deduction is made due to diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we will inform you accordingly.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
