Delivery

When placing an order, you'll be able to view the list of available destination countries. To simplify the shipping process, we've set a fixed delivery cost for each country. We are constantly expanding our list of supported destinations to better serve our customers.

We ship all available products within 7 business days from the date of order. Our typical shipping and handling time is less than 7 business days.

We work with several couriers depending on the destination country and location, with Posti, GLS, and UPS being our primary partners.

Below are a few examples of courier delivery times to selected locations. Please note that delivery times generally do not account for domestic transit within Finland, customs delays, weekends, or bank holidays:

• Finland: 1-3 business days
• France: 4-7 business days
• Germany: 3-4 business days
• United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
• USA: 6-8 business days
• Canada: 6-8 business days

We have temporarily suspended all shipments to the USA due to recent tariff-related issues and associated import complications.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import fees.

After you have placed an order on a product, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We use third-party payment and shipping services which may also send you payment, order, and shipping confirmations. Payment, tracking, and verification messages provided by these services are not the responsibility of Oy Cubeor Ltd.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include a tracking code or link, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If we are unable to sell you a product due to unforeseeable circumstances (Force majeure), we will notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

If the customer feels that an extended processing/waiting time is unacceptable, they may cancel the order without explanation by emailing us at sales@cubeor.com.
